Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped from our Austin, Texas facility within one (1) to two (2) business day of purchase. Orders placed after 4 p.m. CST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Methods and Rates
Tano Skincare uses UPS and USPS to deliver orders within the United States.

Free Standard Shipping: Orders of $60 or more (after discounts and before taxes) qualify for free shipping.

Standard Shipping: Dynamic rates based on order weight and delivery location (calculated at checkout).

Expedited Shipping: Available for a flat rate of $21, arriving within 2–3 business days after shipment.
We currently do not ship internationally.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.
A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent as soon as a shipping label is generated. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear once your package has been scanned by the carrier.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders may be modified or canceled within 6 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipment. To request a change or cancellation, please contact our team at support@tanoskincare.com with your order number in the subject line.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is reported lost in transit, please contact us at support@tanoskincare.com within 3 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date).

For damaged items, include clear photos of the packaging and product.

For lost shipments, our team will work with the carrier to confirm the loss.
Once verified, a replacement or refund will be issued at no cost to you.
Delivery Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping information is correct at the time of purchase. Tano Skincare is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
